Bachelor course

The Higher School (Faculty) of Television (HSTV) of Moscow State University provides training in bachelor's and master's degree programs (direction of training "Television") full-time education:

Admission control figures in 2024

The training period is 4 years.

Acceptance of documents for foreign citizens is carried out from June 15, 2023 to July 10, 2023:

• by means of the MSU electronic information system – webanketa.msu.ru (will be activated between 15th and 20th of June 2025)

• through the superservice "Admission to university online" of the federal state information system "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (functions)" (EPSU);

• personally to the admission committee of the relevant faculty (branch) MSU;

• through public postal operators.

Documents for admission:

- personal application for admission to the first year;

- photocopies of documents certifying the identity and citizenship of the applicant;

To receive an invitation from MSU to enter the Russian Federation on a student visa, you must contact the visa center or the Embassy/Consulate of the Russian Federation in your country to obtain detailed information on visa processing. As a rule, it takes from 25 to 45 calendar days to process an invitation, depending on the country of departure. In this regard, we recommend that you submit documents to the faculty in advance to receive an invitation from MSU.

-       original or photocopy of the educational document (see paragraph 17 of the Rules for Admission to MSU);

If you plan to enroll in MSU on the basis of educational documents obtained outside of Russia, you must submit an electronic application. The service is provided free of charge. Link to the online platform of Moscow State University AIS "Recognition" for submitting applications for recognition of the received education: https://recognition.msu.ru/login

 If the educational documents (diploma) are not issued to you before the deadline for submitting documents for admission to Moscow State University, an official letter from the educational institution (school, college, university) confirming the completion of studies in 2025 with the exact date of receipt of the educational document (diploma) may be accepted for consideration. Upload this letter to the online platform of Moscow State University instead of the educational document.

Tuition fees

 In the 2023/2024 academic year, the tuition fee was 449,960 (four hundred forty nine thousand nine hundred and sixty) rubles per year.

Magistracy course

The Higher School (Faculty) of Television of Moscow State University provides training in the master's program:

"TV production and broadcasting" – 2 years.

The training is carried out on a paid basis

Acceptance of documents is carried out from June 15, 2025 to July 20, 2025:
